A friend is pretty much responsible for this post. During one of our discussions, he linked me to a website that tied in with something that I witnessed in 1977 and suddenly everything started making a lot of sense (in my little twisted mind). Thank you David.
I remember back in 1976, I had an addition added to my house out on the west coast, prior to the birth of my second daughter. This addition included, amongst other things, a new master bdrm. Being in a position to design the features that I wanted included in the build, I opted for a vaulted (cathedral) ceiling with a 4' X 6' skylight.
My house happened to be on the main eastern approach to the Vancouver International Airport, I could watch aircraft flying over the house while going to sleep at night. On a particularly clear night in early 1977, I was laying there just looking at the stars through my "window on the Heavens" when I saw a pencil thin streak of light slice across the sky. Put into some sort of scale / perspective, this streak of light was about the length and width of a new pencil. It streaked across the sky so fast that by the time you focused on it, it was gone.
It wasn't until a quite few years later that, after reading a scientific article in a magazine about the "Star Wars Defence Project", that I realized what it was that I saw that night. I've never seen anything like it since, I guess I haven't been looking in the right quadrant of the sky at the right time. I honestly had no idea until recently that, these lasers were being used to target UFOs as well as for the cover story "estimating the distance to the moon."
Now........
Here's just a little "food for thought". In Dec.1969, the USAF successfully bounced a laser off a target placed on the moon by the "Apollo XI" mission:
http://www.springerlink.com/content/vx30046jh1ut1v86/
Were these laser shots actually to warn the Aliens, based on the moon, that hey, you're not untouchable?
This was the real beginning of what became officially named the"Star Wars Project"
Laser weapons development carried on through the 70s, 80s & 90s with more ambitious targeting being tried through the 80s by the US Navy and / or Brookhaven National Laboratories.
New York recorded pilots Ufos.
THE FLIGHT 800 EYEWITNESS EVIDENCE Nov.17, 1995
"TWA Flight 800" SHOT DOWN BY MILITARY
A news article written by the Associated Press quoted a military-trained helicopter pilot named Frederick C Meyer, who was flying an Air National Guard H-60 Black Hawk helicopter on a training mission, was among the first of many eyewitnesses to report having seen a "light Streak" arcing in the sky before the jet exploded.
NYUFO theory is that their could have been a secret operation taking place by either the US Navy & or Brookhaven National Labs using laser cannons to shoot down these Star Light Objects "ufo" crossing over their particular airspace and flight 800 was just in the wrong place at the wrong time!
The Star Wars or SDI program deploying Ground Base & Space Base laser technology has successfully been used against extraterrestrial objects shown by two cases that occurred between 1989 and 1992. Both cases Ufo were shot down. During the night of September 28, 1989,at about midnight, the Ultra Super Secret Brookhaven National Laboratory on Long Island successfully brought down a boomerang shaped object sighted by dozens of eye witnesses crashing in the "Moriches Bay". A second ufo brought down by the same Laboratory occurred on Nov 24,1992 at around 7:12pm. The object crashed in South Haven Park, within the vicinity of the Laboratory, which was quickly sealed off by police, fire dept, and Army. A video tape made by the fire department shows the burning wreck and three small corpses with big almond-shaped eyes was passed on to the UFO researcher John Ford of the Long Island UFO Network by an employee of the Brookhaven Lab.
Accordingly these two cases were not isolated cases.
The Whole story can be read here:
http://www.nyufo.com/underground.htm
NOW.....
Why, if these technologically advanced beings are here, are we chucking rocks at them? Is mankind that arrogant? Have we declared war on them? I didn't get that memo. Did someone forget to tell us?
Or.....Conld one faction of "them" be protecing us, the earth and it's resources from another faction of "them".

The Motel That Wasn't & The Shadow People That Were
This is something that happened some 35 yrs.
ago on a lonely stretch of the Trans Canada
Highway just east of Winnipeg, Manitoba
This is an incident that happened to my ex-wife (before she was my ex) and myself on a cross-country trip. We were driving from Vancouver, British Columbia (Canada's west coast) to Toronto, Ontario, that's a 2700mi / 4600km trip. It was November so winter was already gripping much of the eastern prairie provinces....Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
By the evening of the fourth day we were pretty tired with a rough, twelve hour drive under our belts. Snow storms and icy roads for most of that day had taken their toll on our adventurous spirit so, by the time we reached Winnipeg, Manitoba, we decided to just by-pass the city and to look for a motel on the outskirts of town. As the city lights faded in the rear-view mirror, the gas stations and other businesses and factories thinned out to nothing pretty fast. It took almost another hour of driving before we came across a motel. By now it was about 10:30 PM
We pulled in and went and registered for a room. It was quite a large, new looking place, lots of rooms but it looked pretty much empty. Only two or three units were lit up but, there were no other cars in the lot. Anyway, we were so tired by now from almost fourteen hours of driving that all we could manage was a shower then fall into bed. It must of been an hour or more before I could shut my thoughts down, to stop seeing flying snow and headlights every time I closed my eyes.
At about 3:30 AM my wife woke me up whispering "Roger, there's someone in here." I opened my eyes and though it was really dark in the room, I could make out silhouettes of people standing silently around the bed. I slowly reached over and turned on the bedside lamp. As the room flooded with light, these "shadow people" faded away. It's not like they just "poof" disappeared, they actually faded into thin air.
Needless to say, we got up right away, threw on some clothes, grabbed our bags and left that room. When we got outside, I was surprised to see that we were totally alone in that place. There wasn't another vehicle to be seen anywhere around there. The parking lot was covered with about 6 inches of virgin snow but, there were no tire tracks or footprints anywhere. I stopped by the office to drop off the key and it too, was deserted. The door was unlocked but there wasn't a soul around. Everything, with the exception of the quiet rumbling of my pick up's exhaust, was deathly quiet. I threw the key on the counter, jumped back into my truck and we left. Thinking about it later, I thought it odd that the only other vehicle tracks leading off the highway when we pulled in there, led to the office and then out onto the highway again. I made the only tracks to a unit.
Well, the following May, we were driving back to the west coast and decided to watch for that motel. When we were just about a hundred miles away from Winnipeg, we started paying close attention to the highway. Mile after mile went by with no motel. Finally, we reached the city but we hadn't seen any motel on the highway where we had spent that night. I'm pretty sure we hadn't driven by it, there had been nothing along that stretch of highway to distract either one, never mind the two of us.
I was only just turning 26 at the time and I don't mind saying, the implications of that night scare the crap out of me. I wish I knew then what I know now. I think I would of listened to my "gut feeling" and also just pulled up to the office then straight out again. I still get the willies when I think about it now. Because of my relative "youth" and the general sceptical mentality of the day, this story has gone relatively untold...until now.

Plastic Water Bottles & CANCER
Cancer Update from Johns-Hopkins
Bottled
Water in your car is
Very
Dangerous!
On the Ellen show, Sheryl Crow said this is what caused her breast
Cancer. It has been identified as the most common cause
Of the high levels of dioxin in breast cancer tissue..
Sheryl
Crow's oncologist told her:
Women
Should not drink bottled water that has been left in a car.
The
Heat reacts with the chemicals in the plastic of the
Bottle which releases dioxin into the water. Dioxin is
A toxin increasingly found in breast cancer tissue.
So please be careful and do not drink bottled water that has
Been left in a car. Pass this on to all the women in your
Life.
This
Information is the kind we need to know that just might save
Us! Use a stainless steel canteen or a glass bottle
Instead of plastic!
LET EVERYONE WHO HAS A WIFE / GIRLFRIEND /
DAUGHTER KNOW PLEASE!
This
Information is also being circulated at Walter Reed
Army Medical Center
No plastic
Containers in
Microwave.
No
Water
Bottles in freezer
No
Plastic wrap
In microwave.
A dioxin
Chemical causes cancer, especially breast
Cancer.
Dioxins
Are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic
Bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic. Recently, Edward
Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital , was on a TV
Program to explain this health
Hazard.
He talked
About dioxins and how bad they are for
Us.
He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using
Plastic containers...
This
Especially applies to foods that contain
Fat.
He said that the
Combination of fat, high heat, and plastic
Releases dioxin into the
Food and ultimately into the cells of the
Body...
Instead, he recommends using
Glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex
Or ceramic containers
For heating food.. You get the same results, only without the dioxin.
So
Such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and
Soups, etc.,
Should be
Removed from the container and heated in something else.
Paper isn't bad but
You don't know what is in the
Paper.
It's just safer to use tempered
Glass, Corning Ware, etc.
He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away
From the foam containers to
Paper. The dioxin problem is one of the
Reasons...
Also, he pointed out
That plastic wrap, such as Saran wrap,
Is just as dangerous when placed
Over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat
Causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food.
Cover food with a paper towel
Instead.

Canada Post
GET CANADA POST BACK ON TRACK WITH SOME OPEN, HEALTHY COMPETITION
We all love a large corporation. Especially a corporation that is government sanctioned and comes with a massive amount of protection against competition. Such a corporation goes by the name (misnomer) of "CANADA POST".
If one chooses to use "snail-mail" then you would place your letter in an envelope, add the name and address of the the person whom you wish to receive this letter, purchase and apply the appropriate postage stamp and drop it in the mailbox. Then, after a few days or a few more days, your letter will mysteriously find it's way to the addressees mailbox. Right?
Now, suppose you want to be sure that the intended recipient actually receives this important missive? You go and pay EXTRA to send this letter by "registered" mail so that when the post person delivers this precious piece of mail, he or she collects a signature before he or she leaves this piece of mail. Right?
Well, let me tell you, I was the lucky recipient of a "notice" from our esteemed "CANADA POST" telling me that there was a letter for me which required my signature. O.K. Obviously someone wanted to be sure that I received this letter so, they paid "extra" to do so. But, where is the letter? Does the postal carrier have it? NO! But why? I mean I'm home 24/7 and he or she had to stop at my house to leave the said "notice" but did he or she bring the "letter" with him or her? Nope! That might lead to some kind of "efficiency". We can't have that. Not with our precious mail service. I'm expected to go and pick up my letter that someone took the time to address to me and.........paid EXTRA postage, just so I could go and pick it up somewhere else.
So, just where is my letter? I live in a very small town with one post office. This post office is just three short blocks from my house. That's not too bad, right? Wrong again. My letter can't be picked up at the Canada Post "POST OFFICE". How stupid of me. Imagine, the idea of picking up a letter at the Canada Post "POST OFFICE"? I'm expected to go sixteen blocks downtown to......now get this.....to our local "SHOPPER'S DRUG MART".
The reason I'm home 24/7 is because I have a great deal of difficulty getting around. My son, 22, volunteered to go and pick up the letter on my behalf. Great! I gave him the notice that our postal service delivered to me, along with a signed letter from me giving the drug store clerk (no postal clerk there) permission to release MY letter to my son. Problem solved? You guessed it. He didn't come home empty-handed though. They sent him home with a form....No letterhead, nothing official about this form at all. To be filled out by me giving whoever, permission to pick up this and any future registered mail on my behalf. End of problem....? Right again, not a chance.
I have to fill this form out in front of the drug store "clerk" so that they could witness that this guy (me), who has a problem physically, coming in to pick up his letter, which was addressed to his "home address" and had EXTRA postage paid for the privilege, could come in to fill in this ridiculous "Mickey Mouse" form.
Anyway, it ended up that someone came to the house so that I could fill out the "form" in front of them. Pretty good you'd think, right? Well guess what? The letter is still 16 blocks away, waiting to be picked up. Why couldn't this representative of our postal "service" bring it with them? I mean, I had to sign anyway. Just think..... someone has paid EXTRA to see that I receive this letter, the "Canada Post" post office filled out and delivered a little card letting me know that they had a letter requiring my signature, my son spent time and gas to go and pick up the letter, they spent time and gas to come here so I could sign their form and now, my son or someone else STILL has to spend more time and gas to pick this letter up. Now that is a protected corporation for you. Efficient? It's worse now than it was before it was "privatized".
How about getting rid of this protectionism and maybe "Canada Post" will learn to run like a real business or someone else will take it from them.

Teen tries to quiet the voices caused by schizophrenia - CNN.com
"That's when he explained to me the reason he sleeps," Kanyuch said. "He doesn't hear the voices. He doesn't hear them telling him he's fat, stupid, there's a conspiracy. It's a break for him to sleep."
From a report on CNN.
My own daughter, 20, has been living this nightmare for the last five years. For us, her mother, brother, friends and myself, it's been five years of worry, frustration, denial, helplessness and occasionally even hope. For her it's been five years of pure Hell. Voices, self mutilation including cutting and burning and voices. Did I say voices? Lots and lots of evil, deviant and demanding voices.
Over the past five years she's been shuffled between three different hospitals, I've lost track of the number of psychiatrists and of course, each comes with his or her own idea of the appropriate psychotic drug cocktail (today's substitute for isolating the cause and instituting a cure).
I can't really put all the blame on the system but, they've seen it often enough to know that people with low IQ's don't get afflicted with this disorder very often. It's the intelligent ones. They seem to know what the psychiatrist want's to hear and have no problem spouting the appropriate rhetoric at the right time. The psychiatrist, being human first and professional second is all too willing to accept this as an indication of just what a good job he or she is doing, what a great psychiatrist they are. Meanwhile, the patient is released from the institution with a pat on the head, a pharmacy load of pills and told "now if you have any problems, don't hesitate to call". Ha! What a joke. To the schizophrenic teen, the doctors and nurses are all in on the "conspiracy".
Well, my daughter has been home for the last four and a half months. She's still fighting to maintain some semblance of normalcy (I almost said reality, whatever that is). She is now on a very light, by comparison, medication therapy and although we're not out of the woods yet, I have to believe that there's light at the end of the tunnel.
If any of you have any comments or wish to add an experience of your own, I'd love to hear from you. You don't have to identify yourself but I'm sure that mine isn't a small club.
Brightest blessings, Rev. Roger

The following is an excerpt from a letter to a friend of mine, we were talking about strange dreams.
Mine are what your hubby would call "crap". Ever since that incident with the weird lights back in January I've been having dreams about "visitors" being here. We see mostly their "shuttle" type craft but the majority of them, the so-called "mother ships" are in orbit behind the sun with a smaller contingency holding station on the dark side of the moon. In the dreams, the beings in these ships are not only observing us, they're also protecting either us or the earth in general. In the dreams I've often seen them (I guess with my "super" vision.......you know how it is in dreams) anyway, I've seen them actually doing their "star wars" type battles in space. Yeh, I know, it's crazy.
I remember when I was little, maybe 5 or 6 years old, back in England, I had a very similar dream. I remember it was around Christmas time and the year would of been 1953 or 54, and when I woke up after the dream, I was standing on my window ledge......on the outside, in my pajamas. My bedroom window was on the second floor of an old farm house in Lancashire and below my window was the cobbled barnyard. That is not a place (my window ledge) that I would dare to be if I had been awake at the time. For a little kid, it was one heck of a way down. I know I'm not now nor, to the best of my knowledge, was I as a child, known for sleep walking.

That is not a place (my window ledge) that I would dare to be if I had been awake at the time. For a little kid, it was one heck of a way down. I know I'm not now nor, to the best of my knowledge, was I as a child, known for sleep walking.

Please Don't Poison Your Dog
Please tell every dog or cat owner you know. Even if you
don't have a pet, please pass this to those who do.
Over the weekend the doting owner of two young lab mixes
purchased Cocoa Mulch from Target to use in their garden.
They loved the way it smelled and it was advertised to keep
cats away from their garden. Their dog Calypso decided that
the mulch smelled good enough to eat and devoured a large
helping. She vomited a few times which was typical when she
eats something new but wasn't acting lethargic in any way.
The next day, Mom woke up and took Calypso out for her
morning walk .. Half way through the walk, she had a
seizure and died instantly.
Although the mulch had NO warnings printed on the label,
upon further investigation on the company's website, this
product is HIGHLY toxic to dogs and cats.
Cocoa Mulch is manufactured by Hershey's, and they claim
that 'It is true that studies have shown that 50% of the
dogs that eat Cocoa Mulch can suffer physical harm to a
variety of degrees (depending on each individual dog).
However, 98% of all dogs won't eat it.'
This Snopes site gives the following
information:http://www.snopes.com/critters/crusader/cocoamul

Cocoa Mulch, which is sold by Home Depot, Foreman's Garden
Supply and other Garden supply stores, contains a lethal
ingredient called ' Theobromine'. It is lethal to dogs and
cats. It smells like chocolate and it really attracts dogs.
They will ingest this stuff and die. Several deaths already
occurred in the last 2-3 weeks. Theobromine is in all
chocolate, especially dark or baker's chocolate which is
toxic to dogs. Cocoa bean shells contain potentially toxic
quantities of theobromine, a xanthine compound similar in
effects to caffeine and theophylline. A dog that ingested a
lethal quantity of garden mulch made from cacao bean shells
developed severe convulsions and died 17 hours later.
Analysis of the stomach contents and the ingested cacao
bean shells revealed the presence of lethal amounts of
theobromine.."

Joan, thanks for taking the time to forward this piece of scary information to me. Certainly, the more people that are made aware of this the fewer animals there will be meeting an unpleasant & untimely end. It's not only cats and dogs that could fall foul of this product but wildlife too would be vulnerable. I hope that enough shit is raised concerning the safety of this stuff that the stores are forced to remove it from their shelves. Unfortunately, it'll probably take more than a few lost loved ones (pets) & perhaps a few lawsuits to get their attention.
Brightest blessings, R.
